is under new ownership!

Two local businessmen have purchased Fort Smith based Cellular and Pager Warehouse (cpwarehouse.com). The business has 10 stores located in Fort Smith, Van Buren, Springdale, Rogers, Russellville, Conway, Jacksonville, and Little Rock, Arkansas.

The company was founded in 1995, and was purchased recently by Ben Thomas. Bill Kibler also purchased a minority interest in the venture. Thomas becomes President, and Kibler assumes responsibilities as Vice President of Finance and Operation. Thomas has been affiliated with the company since it was started as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Kibler joined in 2000 as Comptroller.

Since Cellular & Pager Warehouse's first store
in Fort Smith in 1995, they now have locations
statewide in Van Buren, Rogers, Springdale,
